Allied’s community still generous with Progetto Vita: 5,800 euros raised by the Heart Lottery.ALLIED GROUP has been supporting Progetto Vita for 6 years in its quest to increase the spread of defibrillators to reduce deaths caused by sudden cardiac arrest. The president of the association, Dr. Daniela Aschieri, reports that in recent times, the province of Piacenza has seen the establishment of a network of 955 defibrillators, which have saved the lives of 135 people suffering cardiac arrest. The Allied community – employees, business partners and guests at the 2019 Christmas Dinner – once again wished to show their gratitude for this honourable quest by buying tickets for the Heart Lottery, raising a sum of nearly 6,000 euros, the whole of which was donated to Progetto Vita. The winning Lottery tickets were drawn at the end of the evening by the ever-scintillating presenter Rita Nigrelli with the help of interpreter Valentina Sabini.
